SYNTHETIC. Aggregated allele frequencies computed from the 1+MG COVID-19 synthetic dataset (population 11 Finland, subgroup 2), comprising 42,046 simulated individuals and 84,663,265 variant records. The data contain no individual-level genotypes and no real human data: allele counts, allele numbers and allele frequencies only, with frequencies computed as allele count divided by allele number. Processed with the GDI Starter Kit aggregation pipeline (beacon2-ri-tools v2) at the Ruđer Bošković Institute, Zagreb, as part of the Croatian node of the European Genomic Data Infrastructure. Served by the node's public aggregated Beacon v2 instance. Reference assembly: GRCh37.
